We accept all major debit\/credit cards. We do not accept cash.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Cancellation and House Credit Policies<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To receive house credit, advance notice must be given\u00a0<\/span><b>by 4pm the day prior\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to your booking for the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Private Double Dolphin Cruises<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Private Skippered Charters<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Day Sails<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non-ASA Certification Lessons and Guided SUP\/Kayak Tours.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To receive house credit, a 7-day advance\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">notice is required for the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corporate Regattas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dining at Sea Private Charters<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Multi-Day Skippered Charters<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Membership Cancellation Policy<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All memberships auto-bill on the first of each month. If you would like to cancel your membership at any point, you must submit<\/span><b> written notice<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> before the first of the month. We cannot offer any refunds or credits for dues already charged.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Liability Waiver Forms<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before participating in water activities, all participants must sign a release of liability form.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Inclement Weather Policy<br \/>\n<\/b><b>Full refunds\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are available when the captain and\/or manager make the call for cancellation\u00a0<\/span><b>one hour prior to your departure<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Inclement weather is defined as \u201csea and wind conditions that are deemed potentially unsafe.\u201d Trips operating under unfavorable conditions that do not pose any risk to boat safety (rain, fog, temperature, etc.) will still operate as scheduled. Cancellations made due to \u201cunfavorable conditions\u201d by 4pm the day prior to departure will result in a house credit with no expiration date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Cannabis Policy<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Although California state law currently allows prescription and recreational cannabis to be legal, it is\u00a0<\/span><b>not\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">legal while boating since the ocean is considered\u00a0<\/span><b>Federal Water<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. All illegal drugs, as well as all forms of cannabis, are\u00a0<\/span><b>not permitted on any boat for any reason in any amount<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The Charterer\/Renter will be held liable for the\u00a0<\/span><b>full value\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of the vessel should anything happen to the boat, as well as\u00a0<\/span><b>loss of income<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Alcohol Policy<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hard alcohol is\u00a0<\/span><b>not\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">permitted aboard the Double Dolphin under any circumstances. No outside alcohol may be brought on the Double Dolphin for public cruises.. Wine can be brought aboard the Double Dolphin for\u00a0<\/span><b>private charters only<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Each bottle is subject to a $25 corkage fee and no bottle over 750 ml will be permitted. No other outside alcohol is allowed. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hard alcohol, wine, and beer are all permitted aboard Private Skippered Charters free of charge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Capacity Policy<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Private charters aboard our Catalinas may have a maximum of 6 guests (not including captain) on board at all times. The Double Dolphin may have a maximum of 49 passengers (not including captain and crew) on board at all times. Infants count as a full passenger according to the U.S. Coast Guard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Kayak\/SUP Policy<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Everyone participating in kayak or paddle activities must be a strong swimmer. Please see our website for equipment weight capacity. It is the renter\u2019s responsibility to make sure the equipment is not overloaded. All minors 18 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times while paddling or kayaking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Catering Order Policy<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All catering orders are 100% non-refundable and must be placed at least <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">96 hours<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> prior to your scheduled departure date.
