    Where can I park?<\/strong>
    \nYou may park in the Santa Barbara Harbor. The cost is $3 per hour with a $18 maximum charge per 24 hour period. You need to keep your parking ticket and pay upon exiting. The lot is a Santa Barbara City Lot.<\/span><\/p>\n

    How many people can I have onboard? Do children count toward the maximum?
    \n<\/strong>You can have a maximum of 6 people onboard. Children count toward the\u00a0<\/span>maximum according to U.S. Coast Guard regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Can I bring my own food and drinks?
    \n<\/strong>Yes. You may bring outside food and alcohol aboard any of our Catalina yachts free of charge. Cannabis is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Do you offer catering and drinks?
    \n<\/strong>For Private Charters with Captain, we offer <\/span>a platter <\/span>that includes an <\/span>array of cheeses, meats, nuts, and dry fruit. We also sell a variety of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages that may be purchased at our office\u00a0<\/span>before boarding.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Where will we go?
    \n<\/strong>You can discuss your requests with your captain, and we will do our best to\u00a0<\/span>accommodate. We typically sail down the coast toward Montecito or up the coast towards Campus Point.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Can we go to the Channel Islands?
    \n<\/strong>We are unable to make trips to the Channel Islands for single day private charters. We do offer multi-day trips to the Channel Islands and can refer you to our Charter Partners if you desire a day trip.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Can we swim?<\/strong>
    \nWeather permitting, you may swim off our Catalina Yachts.         Membership Cancellation Policy
        \n<\/b>All memberships auto-bill on the first of each month. If you would like to cancel your membership at any point, you must submit<\/span> written notice<\/b> before the first of the month. We cannot offer any refunds or credits for dues already charged.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Liability Waiver Forms
        \n<\/b>Before participating in water activities, all participants must sign a release of liability form.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Inclement Weather Policy
        \n<\/b>Full refunds\u00a0<\/b>are available when the captain and\/or manager make the call for cancellation\u00a0<\/span>one hour prior to your departure<\/b>. Inclement weather is defined as \u201csea and wind conditions that are deemed potentially unsafe.\u201d Trips operating under unfavorable conditions that do not pose any risk to boat safety (rain, fog, temperature, etc.) will still operate as scheduled. Cancellations made due to \u201cunfavorable conditions\u201d by 4pm the day prior to departure will result in a house credit with no expiration date.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Cannabis Policy
        \n<\/b>Although California state law currently allows prescription and recreational cannabis to be legal, it is\u00a0<\/span>not\u00a0<\/b>legal while boating since the ocean is considered\u00a0<\/span>Federal Water<\/b>. All illegal drugs, as well as all forms of cannabis, are\u00a0<\/span>not permitted on any boat for any reason in any amount<\/b>. The Charterer\/Renter will be held liable for the\u00a0<\/span>full value\u00a0<\/b>of the vessel should anything happen to the boat, as well as\u00a0<\/span>loss of income<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Alcohol Policy

        Kayak\/SUP Policy

                                          Membership Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/p>\n

                                          All memberships auto-bill on the first of each month. If you would like to cancel your membership at any point, you must submit<\/span> written notice<\/b> before the first of the month. We cannot offer any refunds or credits for dues already charged.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                          Liability Waiver Forms<\/b><\/p>\n

                                          Before participating in water activities, all participants must sign a release of liability form.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                          Inclement Weather Policy<\/b><\/p>\n

                                          Full refunds\u00a0<\/b>are available when the captain and\/or manager make the call for cancellation\u00a0<\/span>one hour prior to your departure<\/b>. Inclement weather is defined as \u201csea and wind conditions that are deemed potentially unsafe.\u201d Trips operating under unfavorable conditions that do not pose any risk to boat safety (rain, fog, temperature, etc.) will still operate as scheduled. Cancellations made due to \u201cunfavorable conditions\u201d by 4pm the day prior to departure will result in a house credit with no expiration date.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                          Cannabis Policy:<\/b><\/p>\n

                                          Although California state law currently allows prescription and recreational cannabis to be legal, it is\u00a0<\/span>not\u00a0<\/b>legal while boating since the ocean is considered\u00a0<\/span>Federal Water<\/b>. All illegal drugs, as well as all forms of cannabis, are\u00a0<\/span>not permitted on any boat for any reason in any amount<\/b>. The Charterer\/Renter will be held liable for the\u00a0<\/span>full value\u00a0<\/b>of the vessel should anything happen to the boat, as well as\u00a0<\/span>loss of income<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                          Alcohol Policy:<\/b><\/p>\n

                                          Hard alcohol is\u00a0<\/span>not\u00a0<\/b>permitted aboard the Double Dolphin under any circumstances. No outside alcohol may be brought on the Double Dolphin for public cruises.. Wine can be brought aboard the Double Dolphin for\u00a0<\/span>private charters only<\/b>. Each bottle is subject to a $25 corkage fee and no bottle over 750 ml will be permitted. No other outside alcohol is allowed. Hard alcohol, wine, and beer are all permitted aboard Private Skippered Charters free of charge.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                          Capacity Policy:<\/b><\/p>\n

                                          Private charters aboard our Catalinas may have a maximum of 6 guests (not including captain) on board at all times. The Double Dolphin may have a maximum of 49 passengers (not including captain and crew) on board at all times. Infants count as a full passenger according to the U.S. Coast Guard.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                          Kayak\/SUP Policy<\/b><\/p>\n

                                          Everyone participating in kayak or paddle activities must be a strong swimmer. Please see our website for equipment weight capacity. It is the renter\u2019s responsibility to make sure the equipment is not overloaded. All minors 18 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times while paddling or kayaking.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                          Catering Order Policy:<\/b><\/p>\n

                                          All catering orders are 100% non-refundable and must be placed at least 96 hours prior to your scheduled departure date.
